The students who had appeared their exams in Andhra Pradesh from any of District in any of the year can get their Duplicate Mark Sheet in the case if they had lost their original one. Many of the time the students lost their certificate and mark sheet of their board exams 10th class or board exams 12th class. First thing which i want to let you know that this is a very important document which you need to keep safe always. Be careful of your all the certificate because original is original and if you lost it then it will shows your careless attitude for your future.

But in Case if you will loss your any of document for 12th Class Board Exam Mark Sheet or 10th Class Board Exam Mark Sheet then you have to write an application form in the favor of Andhra Pradesh Education Director Board. How to Get 10th & 12th Duplicate New Mark Sheet Copy of Andhra Pradesh Board 

1 – First you will have to take some steps. Go to the link >> Click Here
2 – Now take the printout of application form
3 – In the application form to get the copy of your documents you will have to fill To fill your name in Black and Bold letters.
4 – After that fill your complete address which was mention on your previous mark sheet
5 – Now write your father’s name
6 – Then fill your DOB (Date of Birth)
7 – Write the school name from where you had done your 10th Class
8 – Your Roll number of SSC class.
9 – After that pay the application fees of Rs. 250 via Challan or by DD in the favour of “The Secretary to the Commissioner of Govt Exams Andhra Pradesh Hyderabad
10 – After that affix your attested photograph
11 – Make your sign on the bottom of application form
12 – In the last of the application form you need to fill the PROFORMA in which you will have to affix stamp of Rs. 50 which must be attested from the Jr. Civil Judge or by the Notary.
13 – And now fill Declaration form after that send to the below given address.
