JNTU-HYD : Procedure to obtain PC & CMM For M.Tech / MCA / MBA / M.Sc Students Procedure to obtain Provisional Certificates (PC) & Consolidated Marks Memos (CMM) To M.Tech / MCA / MBA / M.Sc Students [In Tatkal Mode]

1. Request letter of the student.

2. Filled in PC Application Form [Download PC Application Form Here]

3. The amount to be paid is Rs. 2210/- [For M.Tech/MCA students] & Rs.2200/- [For MBA/M.Sc Students] in the form of DD drawn in favor of "The Registrar, JNTUH" (Write Hall ticket number & Mobile number on back side of DD).

4. SSC Xerox Copy

5. No objection certificate from the college principal.

6. Project Viva Report

Submit the above documents at students service counters at JNTUH exam branch building to get the memos in 2 to 3 days.
