Graduate Aptitude Test for Engineering 2015 (GATE 2015) was conducted by IIT (Indian Institute of Technology) Kanpur on January 31. The results for the GATE 2015 will be declared on March 12 around 5 pm, on the official website of GATE.

Graduate Aptitude Test for Engineering 2015 (GATE 2015) was conducted by IIT (Indian Institute of Technology) Kanpur on January 31. The results for the GATE 2015 will be declared on March 12 around 5 pm, on the official website of GATE. The results will be declared by IIT on the official website, which is: http://gate.iitk.ac.in/

How To check the results, the candidates must follow the steps listed below:

1. Go to the official website of GATE : http://appsgate.iitk.ac.in/
2. Click on the tab 'IIT GATE Result 2015
3. Enter your registration number, roll number and date of birth
4. Click on submit
5. The result will be then declared on the screen

The candidates can view the result and save it for future use. The GATE score card will be issued to the candidates whose marks will be equal or above the qualifying marks. The candidates can download their score card  from the official website of GATE from March 27 to March 29. The score card will be valid for three years, after the result is published.
The cut offs will be announced for the engineering courses, soon after the result will be declared. The students can then apply for the postgraduate courses and recruitments in IIT, IISc, BHEL etc.
